OFFICE HOURS

Office hours beginning March 1 are 10am - 4pm Monday through Friday, and limited hours on Saturday.

 

DO I NEED RESERVATIONS?

Reservations are required for all meal cruises. Sightseeing and Sunset cruise advance purchases are recommended, but not required. Advance ticket purchases require a credit card purchase. Tickets may be purchased at our ticket booth, based upon availability, located at 4932 Highway 17 South (Barefoot Landing) beside the Greg Norman Australian Grille. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours. Please let reservationist know if you have a coupon.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD?

Outside food and beverages are NOT allowed onboard

 

WHERE DO I PARK?

The parking lot is located in front of the Greg Norman Australian Grille, at the back of Barefoot Landing. Please see our Map and Directions for location.

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Travelers Checks, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, American Express and, of course, CASH!

 

DO YOU CRUISE WHEN IT RAINS?

ABSOLUTELY! Our 1st and 2nd decks are climate-controlled with great viewing for all. Cruises will only be cancelled for weather purposes when the General Manager and Captain determine winds make boarding and docking unsafe, or when there is a named storm in the Atlantic. Other weather warnings may also prohibit cruising.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Yes.....be comfortable!  For our holiday and special dinner cruises, business casual attire is recommended. High heeled shoes are not recommended.

BOARDING and TICKET BOOTH INFORMATION

Boarding begins 30 minutes prior to cruise time.  Pre-paid tickets may be picked up at our ticket booth, located in front of the riverboat, within 1 hour of boarding. Sightseeing and Sunset Cruise tickets may also be purchased at our ticket booth. 

DISCLAIMER: 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. No refunds will be made after 4:00pm on the business day prior to scheduled cruise. After 4:00pm on the business day prior to scheduled cruise, all sales are final. Advance reservations may be made with a credit card via phone, or at the ticket office 2 hours prior to schedule cruise if seats are available. VISA, Mastercard and American Express accepted.
